Home buying is an emotional endeavor: you look at houses and envision them as your home. I want to help you to find that house that will become you home. I want to help you envision your dreams while looking for your home. Home buying is also a practical endeavor; my goal is to find you the home in your budget that meets you lifestyle needs and to lay a foundation for the future. The home is most people’s largest financial investment. The value of the home and a growing equity provide the tools to step up to another home, funds for unexpected financial needs, education funds, capital for investments, or retirement.
My 10-Point Commitment to Find Your Home:
Integrity: I will keep your best interest in mind while searching for your new home.
Integrity: I will always tell you the truth about the progress of your home search/purchase and the steps needed to complete your home search/purchase.
Responsiveness: I will provide you with my direct phone number and e-mail and I will answer your questions directly.
Search: I will diligently and regularly search the Multiple Listing Services and other sources for your home.
Search: I will send you e-mails of all the new homes coming on the market that fit your search criteria.
Search: I will notify you of periodic opportunities that I become aware of that might not be published.
Search: I will follow-up on any home you see that you want information on.
Research: I will provide you with reports on homes that are of interest to you with reports on the neighborhoods and communities.
Research: I will provide a list of comparable sales on homes that interest you to evaluate pricing.
Qualify: I will qualify you for financing through Discovery Mortgage Co., an affiliate of Golden West Homes. Or work with you lender.
